Established in 2017, Microvora provides residents and restaurants with the highest quality mushrooms and microgreens year-round. Free delivery is offered within Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Monument, Black Forest, and Pueblo.

micros4  Our climate-controlled indoor facility utilizes vertical farming to maximize the amount of product we can grow, alongside the energy required to do so.

We grow over 16 varieties of microgreens using non-GMO seeds in organic soil. We find soil provides healthier, more nutritious microgreens that also have a longer shelf life.

Our mushrooms are grown on a mixture of soybean hulls, sawdust, and water. After mixing sterilized bags with grain-spawn, they are first moved to an incubation room to mature, then the colder, humid room to fruit.

You can find our product in over 30 restaurants in Colorado Springs, including Rooster’s House of Ramen, The Margarita at Pine Creek, The Broadmoor, The Famous, and The Warehouse Restaurant. We appreciate all of our local restaurant partners, residents, and community as a whole for creating a sustainable food community together!
