Eligibility
Refunds or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be in their original packaging and unopened, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Initiating a Refund
To request a refund or exchange, contact us at hello@microvora.com with your order details, explanation of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the product. Refunds or exchanges will be processed upon review and approval.
Processing Time
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Refundable Items
Products that have been opened or used (except in cases of defect or damage) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
