Microvora Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how subscription purchases, renewals, billing, cancellations, and refunds work for products offered by Microvora (“Microvora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in a subscription on microvora.com, you agree to the terms below as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Overview of Subscriptions
Microvora offers certain products on a recurring subscription basis. When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method at the interval you choose (for example: 30, 60, 120 days).
Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.
2. Billing & Renewals
By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel.
The payment method on file will be charged at the price listed at the time of renewal.
You will receive an order confirmation email after each renewal.
Prices, discounts, or promotions may change over time; however, we will always notify you if your renewal price is changing.
If a payment fails, we may reattempt the charge and/or temporarily pause your subscription until the payment is updated.
3. Managing Your Subscription
You may manage your subscription at any time by logging into your Microvora account.
From your account portal, you can:
Change your delivery frequency
Skip an upcoming shipment
Update your payment method
Update your shipping address
Cancel your subscription

4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no fees or penalties.
However:
Cancellations must be made before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for that upcoming shipment.
If a renewal has already processed before your cancellation request, that order cannot be cancelled, but you may cancel future orders.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it is treated as a completed purchase under our standard Refund & Return Policy.
5. Returns & Refunds for Subscription Orders
Subscription orders follow the same rules as non-subscription purchases:
We do not accept returns of opened products.
Unopened products may be eligible for return according to our Refund & Return Policy.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
6. Skipping or Changing Shipments
You may skip an upcoming shipment or change your renewal date at any time before the order processes.
Skipped orders will not be charged, and your subscription will resume at the next scheduled cycle.
7. Updating Account Information
It is your responsibility to keep your billing, shipping, and payment information accurate and up to date. Missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses are not the responsibility of Microvora.
8. Promotional Discounts for Subscriptions
From time to time, Microvora may offer special pricing or discounts for subscription customers. These promotions apply only for the duration specified and may not apply to future renewals unless explicitly stated.
